User Abuse Policy

The following guide was created to ensure a fair playing environment and to protect the integrity of MapleStory.

  • -No sympathy will be given to abusive users.
  • -The violations and the respective actions taken against them are detailed below in our User Abuse Policy. The User Abuse Policy is a just guideline used by our moderators and stricter penalties may be dealt on a case by case basis.
  • -The final judgement is made by the GMs and will not be reversed.
  • -This User Abuse Policy may change at any time without notice.
  • -If you suspect you have been blocked, please check our Suspended List. Banned users may check their release date in their Account info page.
  • -Please note that suspended users may not be eligible to participate in our Ranking System.
  • -Think twice before you do something you may regret.
