Dear Maplers,

During the MapleStory .v79 update on November 11^th all pending character transfers were processed. The issue has been resolved and transfer service resumed. If you have recently purchased a character transfer and have yet to be relocated, please wait until the next service check.

Dear Maplers,

We have encountered an issue with MapleStory Character Transfers and at this time we are unable to complete the service for those who have requested it. We are actively working on the issue to resume the service as soon as we can. Players who have bought transfer requests will be placed on a temporary hold until the issue is fixed. Please do not cancel your transfer request at this time unless you do not want us to complete it. We will provide an update when the transfer service can be resumed.
