[Update 11/13] We are still investigating this issue. If the BigWigs Storm Growth Potion is used by characters Lv. 200 or above, a random amount of EXP is still given but it may not be enough for a complete level-up. If you are Lv. 200 or above, we recommend that you don’t select the BigWigs Storm Growth Potion as your extra reward on Sunday unless you want the random amount of EXP it gives. We are aware of an issue with the BigWigs Storm Growth Potion given from the November 12 Hot Week box. If your character is Lv. 200 or above, you may not receive the full level-up when you use the potion.

We are currently investigating this issue, and will provide an update when we have more information. At this time, if you are Lv. 200 or above, please DO NOT use the BigWigs Storm Growth Potion given from the November 12 Hot Week box. Keep it in your inventory for now.
