As mentioned in the Bonus Stat Generation Issue Compensation Quest Temporarily Disabled post, we discovered issues with the ‘Exchange Rebirth Flame/Honor EXP Points’ quest for the Bonus Stat Generation Issue Compensation. We first want to apologize for the abrupt quest removal without an earlier notice. Once we discovered the issues, we had to disable the quest as soon as we could in order to investigate and minimize the damage. While we continue to investigate, we would like to inform you that the issues identified are related to incorrect numbers of compensation points being distributed to some players. 

It was our goal to address the points distribution accuracy issues and reopen the compensation quest with the March 25 maintenance. However, we deemed it necessary to take some additional time to thoroughly review the compensation. Thus, we are very sorry to inform you that the ‘Exchange Rebirth Flame/Honor EXP Points’ quest will not be enabled until a future maintenance.

We will provide further information on the details of the accuracy issues with an update on the quest reopening schedule as soon as possible. We deeply apologize for the increased downtime of the compensation quest and will extend the compensation period when we reopen the quest. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
