Hey Maplers,

We want to provide all of you with an update on the current status of the game, as well address some of the concerns you might have.

We’d like to start off with an apology. There was an unexpected number of bugs, issues with sales, and other game-related issues that have come to light with this Heroes of Maple: Reborn update. The release of this update has not been up to the quality standards that we aim to deliver to all of you, and we are not taking this lightly. Our goal is, and has always been, to provide you with an enjoyable experience with the release of every update, and not be burdened with technical issues. We were able to address some of the issues immediately with the maintenance and minor patch last week, and have plans to address more in the upcoming weekly maintenance. More details will be available later this week.

We recently made some changes to our patch notes. Under the Aran and Evan Level Up Events, Hero Coin Coupons were listed as rewards for making the third and fourth job advancements. Unfortunately, this was an error in our patch notes that slipped by during our reviews, and we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication.

As our token of apology, we would like to extend this weekend’s 2x EXP & Drop event, extend everyone’s cash items by an additional 24 hours and give you all 150 Hero Coins during the next scheduled maintenance.

We greatly appreciate your patience and support as we continue to work towards enhancing the overall MapleStory experience. The feedback and reports you’ve all provided have been instrumental in finding issues that have negatively impacted your ability to enjoy the game. We look forward to your continued patience and feedback as we continue to work vigorously with our development team to correct these problems and provide you with an improved gaming experience.
