[Update] We have temporarily addressed this issue, and players who were previously stuck will be moved to Henesys when they next log in. Players attempting to access Act 1 of Masteria Through Time will now be moved to Henesys when they reach the affected map. We are continuing to work on a long-term solution for this issue.

Dear Maplers,

We are aware of an issue where players will disconnect when trying to access Act 1 of Masteria Through Time. This issue occurs after selecting the statue, picking “Act 1”, and progressing through the initial story scenes. We are currently looking into this, and hope to have a resolution soon.

Please contact Customer Support if you have already tried to access Act 1 of Masteria Through Time, and you are unable to login to your character.
