Make your NX work for you with the introduction of the Maple Value Points (MVP) Service, which gives rewards based on how much NX you spend!

Depending on your spending habits, your account ID will be categorized and given a tiered ranking in each of two different MVP systems—MVP Bronze and MVP Special. In order to provide everyone with a fresh start, all NX spent will begin calculating starting after the game update on March 1, 2017. MVP Bronze ranks are based on the cumulative amount of NX spent in your account's lifetime (starting from March 1, 2017), and once you achieve a tier within that rank, you cannot go down. MVP Special ranks are based on the amount of NX spent in the current month and the past two months, and can go up or down.

You can check your status in each ranking system by clicking on the MVP Service UI located within the Cash Shop. You can see your current ranking and how close you are to the next ranking. All rankings are updated in real time. Additionally, you can see the tier you are currently expected to reach for the next month in the MVP Service UI.

MVP Bronze

Once you achieve a ranking in the MVP Bronze system, that ranking lasts until you achieve the next highest ranking. It will never go down. Here is the tier breakdown:

Each time you achieve a tiered ranking, you'll receive special benefits. You will also receive a Gift Pack (three per account per month). Your Gift Pack is based on the ranking you achieved at midnight UTC (4:00 PM PST the previous day).

MVP Special

Your ranking in the MVP Special system can go up or down depending on your spending habits in the past 3 months. Here is the tier breakdown:

When you achieve a tiered ranking, you'll start receiving the benefits immediately. These benefits will be valid until the end of the month. You will also receive a Gift Pack (three per account per month). Your Gift Pack is based on the ranking you achieved at midnight UTC (4:00 PM PST the previous day). Any gift items you receive will expire at the end of the month in which they were received (unless otherwise specified).

If your spending habits change and you lower in rank, this won't take effect until the 1st of the following month.

Star Force Enhancing Discount

MVP Special members receive a discount when enhancing items using Star Force. Discounts are given to enhancements for 1 -15 stars. Superior-ranked items are excluded from the discount.

• MVP Special Silver: 3% discount
• MVP Special Gold: 5% discount
• MVP Special Diamond: 10% discount
• MVP Special Red: 10% discount
  

Auction House Benefits

MVP Special members receive benefits when using the Auction House (in non-Reboot worlds only). All MVP Special members will automatically receive 20 additional Listing and Purchase slots, allowing them to buy and sell more items at a time. The sales fee will also be reduced to only 3% of the final auction amount.

Gift Pack

All MVP members receive Gift Packs during the month containing special rewards. These packs can be claimed three times during the month:

• 1st Gift Pack: 1st through the 10th of the month.
• 2nd Gift Pack: 11th through the 20th of the month.
• 3rd Gift Pack: 21st through the end of the month.

If you reach a new MVP tier during the month, you will receive a supplementary Gift Packs containing the items for your new MVP rank (excluding any items you have already received. For example, when you’ve claimed a Gift Pack as MVP Silver on Day 2 and ranked up to MVP Gold on Day 7, you will receive another Gift Pack with MVP Gold items. It will not contain the items that you’ve already received in the MVP Silver Gift Pack. Additionally, if you have ranked up within MVP Bronze ranks, you will not receive additional Gift Packs.

Monthly Gift Packs

All MVP members receive a monthly gift pack to one character per account. To receive the gifts, click the 'Monthly Pack' button on the MVP Service UI within the Cash Shop. All Monthly Gift Packs, and all items rewarded from Monthly Gift Packs, expire at 12:00 AM UTC on the first of the following month.

Note: The Bonus Maple Points Coupon is only granted when your rank from the previous month is maintained, and not if your rank increases or decreases.
