Explore Maple World and collect artifacts in the Artifact Hunt event! Unearth mysterious artifacts to earn Artifact Points, which can be exchanged for rewards. Defeat artifact monsters to earn more points! Get rewards such as cubes, chairs, damage skins, and more.

Discovering Artifacts

Players Lv. 33 and above (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2) will be able to begin by clicking the event notifier on the left side of the screen and selecting the quest ‘[Artifact Hunt] Finding Ancient Artifacts’. Hunt monsters within your level range (10 levels below and 20 levels above) to acquire Unidentified Artifacts, such as pottery, masks, or tablets. These artifacts give you varying amounts of Artifact Points. You can earn a max of 10,000 Artifact Points per world per day.

Excavation Buffs

Discovering artifacts is always exciting, but sometimes an ancient artifact will give you a buff reward! There are three possible buffs you can receive from collecting Unidentified Artifacts:

• Excavator Extraordinaire: Receive 2x the amount of Artifact Points for 10 minutes.
• EXPert Excavator: Receive 2x EXP for 10 minutes.
• Excavator's Exuberance: Gives Weapon ATT/Magic ATT: +20 for 10 minutes. Can only be used 6 times per day.

Rhinojinn

Excavating artifacts can be dangerous, as you may awaken Rhinojinn! Defeat him to receive 6 Ancient Artifacts, which contain mesos, EXP, or 100 Artifact Points.

Rhinojinn also has the potential to drop the Ancient Guardian Chair!

Excavate in Town

You don’t always have to go far afield to find artifacts! Large Unearthed Artifacts are appearing in major towns (Henesys, Leafre, Haven, and Craw Village). Defeat one to receive Unidentified Artifacts and get more Artifact Points. These artifacts also have the potential to drop the Ancient Guardian Chair.

Expedition Pouch

Every good explorer needs a tool bag! Each day when you log in, you can speak to NPC Manuel Johnson to receive an Excavation Tool Pouch. Open the pouch to receive 1,000 Artifact Points! Log in and collect your tool pouch every day for 5 days, and you’ll receive a Big Expedition Hat Coupon. The coupon is tradeable within your account, and when you use it you’ll receive a permanent Big Expedition Hat. Now you look like a true explorer!

Redeeming Artifact Points

You’ve worked diligently, carefully excavating artifacts and stocking up on Artifact Points. Based on how many points you earn over the course of the event, you’ll receive the following rewards. You can only collect each reward once per world. To receive the rewards, speak to NPC Minnesota Jim and select each reward that you qualify for.

• 5,000 Points: Spell Trace (x300)
• 10,000 Points: Special Medal of Honor: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
• 15,000 Points: Safety Charm x10 Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
• 20,000 Points: Master Craftsman's Cube: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
• 25,000 Points: Buff Freezer x10 Coupon: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
• 30,000 Points: Meister's Cube: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
• 35,000 Points: Ancient Hand Chair: Tradeable within account.
• 45,000 Points:
  • Non-Reboot worlds: Chaos Scroll of Goodness 50%: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • Reboot world: Mysterious Meso Pouch (x60)
• 50,000 Points: Relic Damage Skin: Untradeable. 7-day duration (permanent once applied).
• 60,000 Points: Epic Potential Scroll 50%: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
• 70,000 Points:
  • Non-Reboot worlds: Golden Hammer 100%: Untradeable. 7-day duration.
  • Reboot world: Mysterious Meso Pouch (x60)
• 80,000 Points: ARF Member: Title. Untradeable. 14-day duration. STR/DEX/INT/LUK: +10, Weapon ATT/Magic ATT: +10, Boss Damage: +10%, Ignore DEF: +10%, MaxHP/MaxMP: +400.
• 90,000 Points:
  • Non-Reboot worlds: Incredible Chaos Scroll of Goodness 60%: 7-day duration.
  • Reboot world: Mysterious Meso Pouch (x60)
• 100,000 Points: Nodestone (x10): Untradeable.
• 140,000 Points: ARF Representative: Title. Untradeable. 14-day duration. STR/DEX/INT/LUK: +50, Weapon ATT/Magic ATT: +20, Boss Damage: +30%, Ignore DEF: +30%, MaxHP/MaxMP: +2000.

April Weekend Event

Log in during the weekend of April 1 and 2, and accept the quest ‘[Artifact Hunt] Weekend Gift!’ to receive a 7-day Hieroglyph Damage Skin! You can only receive one damage skin per world, but the item is tradeable within the account. The skin is permanent once applied.
