[Updated] v.188 – Tune Up Patch Notes

This month, we’re getting out our tools to make lots of improvements to MapleStory! We have tons of tweaks in the form of Better Maple improvements, skill revamps, cross world PQ changes, and updates to Kanna and Hayato. NEW CONTENT

A Better Maple

[Updated August 30]

  • In the Auction House, you can search for items by Bonus Potential.
  • In the Auction House, you can use the “List Again” feature to quickly re-list an item that didn’t sell.
  • In Legion, you can purchase the new Legion Preset Coupon from the Legion Coin Shop. This will allow you to save different configurations of your Legion Members on the synergy grid.
  • Certain UI screens (such as World Map, Legion, Guild, and Maple Guide) become semi-transparent when your character goes into battle.
  • A semi-transparency option is added to pets, androids, and familiars to make it easier to see what’s going on when lots of characters are playing together.
  • When a Pendant Slot Expansion item expires, a separate notification appears in addition to a chat message.
  • You can preview your appearance change when using a single hair or face coupon.
  • Only profession and movement skills can be used in Ardentmill.
  • You can have two chair bags in use, instead of just one.
  • In the V Matrix, nodes of the same type are listed in order of enhancement level.
  • In the V Matrix, Nodecrafting only displays nodes that you can equip.
  • In the V Matrix, you can disassemble multiple nodes at once.
  • In the V Matrix, you can preview the number of node shards you’ll receive from disassembling.
  • In the V Matrix, you can speed up the Nodestone animation by pressing the Esc key.
  • In the V Matrix, you can change pages in the V Matrix UI with the mouse wheel.
  • Tot’s Know-How is removed, and these quests (and their rewards) will be given through the quest UI instead. Players who previously completed Tot’s Know-How quests can complete the again after this change, and still receive rewards.
  • Many consumable items have their max stack count increased to 3,000.
  • The Owl of Minerva sold from the General Store in-game is permanent instead of durational. You can stack them to a max of 999.
  • Two new skin colors (Mercedes Elf Tone and Aran Clay Tone) are added to all character creation options that allow a choice of skin color. Four characters (Mercedes, Demon Avenger, Demon Slayer, and Jett) do not receive this addition since they can't choose skins.
  • The Elf and Clay skin colors are also available as Skin Care options and you can switch to the new colors using the Skin Coupon.
  • You can use special Royal Hair and Face coupons on your Androids.
  • The Damage Skin Storage System is increased to store up to 35 damage skins, and the damage skin preview displays when you mouse over the damage skin icon. Double-click the icon to apply the skin.
  • You can fight Hard Mode Hilla in single-player mode.
  • You can access the Princess No fight after completing ‘Investigating Hieizan’ by talking to NPC Ayame and receiving the Hieizan Temple Key from her.
  • The entry limit for Princess No is now set to 10 times per week.
  • Several EXP and Drop items are adjusted so that the buff remains even if the player is disconnected from the game.
  • The Clothing Box located in major towns is renamed to the Item Incinerator, and you can discard emotes from the cash shop here.
  • The 'Quit Game' button has been renamed to 'Change Character' and allows you to go back to the character selection screen and change characters without having to quit the game.
  • Your Region Selection settings are remembered by the client so that you do not have to select a region every time you log in.
  • The Blacklist button is added to the chat window to make it easier to hide chat from certain players.
  • The chat filter is adjusted to make it clearer which words will be censored when you are chatting with other players.
  • Event items and untradeable items can be added to a pet’s Ignore Pickup List.
  • You can have up to 30 unclaimed gifts in the gift-box notifier on the left-side of the game window.
  • Many UI screens are modified so that the game remembers where you placed the UI windows and whether they are On/Off/Expanded/Minimized.

Skill Revamps

[Updated September 1]

  • All jobs receiving some skill revamps to improve the balance between jobs.
  • Both Kanna and Hayato are receiving skill revamps to adjust their skills’ stats, balance, energy cost, and more.
  • Kanna’s stats will be increased to make her more competitive and balanced with other Magician jobs.
  • Hayato Skill Changes:
    • Quick Draw – Sword energy cost has changed.
    • Shimada Heart – The damage bonus will now appear on the detailed stats.
    • Keen Edge – Link skill has been improved.
    • Battoujutsu Advance – Damage increase for using Battoujutsus.
    • Blade Flash – Range has been improved.
    • Jin Blade Flash – Range has been improved.
    • Willow Dodge - The damage bonus will now appear on the detailed stats.
    • Fuu Blade Flash – Range has been improved.
    • Rai Blade Flash – Range has been improved.
    • Rai Sanrenzan – Increased targeted enemies.
    • Hitokiri Strike – Instant KO removed but damage increased with short Invincibility.
    • Iron Skin – Skill is now a passive.
    • Jinsoku – Adjusted skills avoidability.
    • Eye for an Eye – Skill no longer activates on hit but when avoiding a hit and increased targeted enemies.
    • Bloodletter – Increased damage, chance on applying, and duration.
    • Akatsuki Blossoms – Updated tooltip to match skill function.
    • Falcon’s Honor – Skill grants sword energy on use.
    • Hitokiri Strike-Cooldown Cutter – Adjusted cooldown reduction amount.
    • Hitokiri Strike – Presist – New skill which increases Hitokiri Strike’s buff duration.
    • Return of the Five Planets – New skill which allows Hayato to teleport to Momijigaoka.
  • Kanna Skill Changes:
    • Haku’s Gift – Added new passive stats.
    • Shikigami Charm – Added a passive damage reduction.
    • Haku Reborn – Added Magic ATT passive and a final damage buff that increase per party member affected by Haku’s buff.
    • Radiant Peacock – Increased duration.
    • Burning Shikigami Haunting – Improved damage increase buff.
    • Soul Shear – Added new passive effect and mana recovery.
    • Lifeblood Ritual – Added new passive effect.
    • Spirit Path – Added new critical damage stats.
    • Frozen Shikigami Haunting – Adjusted damage increase.
    • Vanquisher’s Charm – Adjusted damage values.
    • Kasen – Increased mastery.
    • Haku Perfected – Adjusted tooltip and improves final damage buff.
    • Haku’s Blessing – Adjusted buff tooltip to show actual Magic ATT.
    • Breath of the Unseen – Buff now stacks with other ignore defense buff.
    • Nine-Tailed Fury – Cooldown has been reduced.
    • Shocking Shikigami Haunting – Increased range and improved damage increase buff.
    • Demon’s Fury – Adjusted damage values.
    • Blossoming Dawn – Adjusted tooltip.
    • Princess’s Vow – Adjusted tooltip and removed damage cap.
    • Return of the Five Planets – New skill which allows Kanna to teleport to Momijigaoka.
  • A bug where SP Reset Scrolls could be used on skills that don't consume SP has been fixed.
  • A bug with the cooldown reduction of one of Zero's Chrono Break effects (where it applied more than its value) has been fixed.
  • 5th job skills will not receive the summon duration increase effect.
  • The cooldown reduction potential on Hat equipment will apply at a rate when the skill's cooldown is 10 seconds or less.
  • The quest completion requirement explanation for ‘The End of Hilla’ will now display correctly.
  • Completing the quest ‘Sentrobo Lives!’ will now take the correct amount of required material.

  • Changes are made to the following theme dungeons to adjust their recommended level, as well as to adjust completion requirements, EXP earned, quest requirements, cutscenes , and more:

  • You can obtain a medal for completing all the quests in Kerning City Swamp Region, Orbis, and Ariant.

Monster Life Revamp

  • 184 new monsters are added to Monster Life, and the Erdas category is added.
  • A grass tile border image is added to areas where you can place things.
  • A selection step is added when combining monsters.
  • The max value of Aesthetic Points is increased to 999,999.
  • Aesthetic Points of your farm and the other person’s farm increase the chance of selecting a monster.
  • A ranking is added based on Aesthetic Points and Achievement Points, which displays the top 3 farms.
  • Earn a new Road Network effect bonus based on the number of roads adjacent to the road connected to My House.
  • The effect of Fairy Tears has changed, and the item will now periodically recover HP and MP upon use. When Fairy Tears is used again during recovery, recovery is increased as it stacks.
  • The Apple Pie and the Weapon Box items have been removed from the Waru Coin Shop, and the Monster Life Farm Reset Scroll, Mastery Book 20/30 have been added.
  • The NPC farm is added to Monster Life. The NPC Farm is a farm managed by the NPCs of MapleStory. You can enter the NPC Farm through the Friend Recommendation List. NPCs and monsters that appear will differ each day. Each NPC will focus on fostering the monsters in the categories that they prefer. You can play and combine up to 4 times per day.

Cross World Party Quest Revamp

  • The requirement where you couldn't enter if the level difference between party members was 20 or more has been removed.
  • The stats of monsters and players is adjusted to remove penalties.
  • The amount of EXP received from cross world party quests has been adjusted.
  • Complete party quests to earn points to spend at the shop! You can receive 10 Party Points regardless of level. Party Points are reset every 8 weeks.
  • Changes are made to the items in the Party Points NPC shop. You can find items such as Spell Traces (x10), Mastery Book 20/30, Damage Skin Gift Boxes, and Party Quest Gift Boxes. The Party Quest Gift Box has a chance to give you various PQ-only equips such as Goddess Shoes, Minerva's Bracelet, Bright Altaire Earrings, or Sticky Shoes.
  • The amount of Rice Cakes required to complete the Moon Bunny party quest has been reduced from 100 to 80.
  • The Ariant Coliseum party quest has been reopened, and you can enter in a party of four. Work together to defeat monsters and collect Spirit Jewels within the time limit to clear!

Updates to Combat Maps

[Updated August 30]

  • The following changes have been made to Surprise Missions:
    • The required value to complete Multi KO Surprise Missions has been reduced.
    • The Surprise Mission ‘Defeat Elite Boss’ has been removed, and a new Surprise Mission has been added.
    • The equipment reward from Surprise Mission has been removed.
  • The HP and EXP rates of Elite Bosses Lv. 100 and below have been reduced.
  • The HP and EXP rates of Elite Monster/Elite Boss Lv. 200 and above have been increased.
  • The Max Combo Kill value has been increased to 9,999.
  • Your Combo Kill will remain after fighting Elite Bosses, Pollo and Fritto Bounty Hunting maps, and Inferno Wolf. It will not remain for Elite Bosses if you change maps, and it will not remain for Pollo and Fritto Bounty Hunting and Inferno Wolf if you remain in the exit map for more than 20 seconds.
  • Monsters within your level range now refers to monsters 20 levels below and 20 levels above. The level exception for characters outside of the "20 levels" condition has been removed.
  • The following changes have been made to Runes:
    • Runes will be created in areas where you are hunting monsters more than 20 levels above you, and there is no level requirement to use them. However, the rune will disappear and the effect won't trigger if the rune is 20 levels above the character's level.
    • The effect of the Rune of Recovery has been changed so that it will maximize recovery and reduce received damage for the duration, and you will resist being knocked back.
    • The Rune of Hordes has been removed, and the Rune of Greed has been added. The Rune of Greed increases mesos and grants 100% bonus EXP for the duration.
    • The Rune’s cooldown (Sealed Rune Power) will now show up next to buffs near top right.
    • Runes that are neglected and not used for at least 5 minutes after being created will receive a curse from the Elite Boss and become a Cursed Rune. The Cursed Rune effect applies to the entire map, and all EXP and drop rates during hunting are reduced. The curse becomes more powerful as time passes. Players with the Sealed Rune Power will not be affected by the Cursed Rune.
    • Transparency has been applied to the directional key input UI when activating a Rune.
    • When moving to a different map while you are in a gigantic state due to Rune of Might, Giant Potion, etc., your size will return to normal.
  • The following changes have been made to Lures:
    • A bug where the lure effect incorrectly received the ‘Rune Persistence’ skill effect has been fixed.
    • A bug where the wrong lure cooldown was applied in a specific situation has been fixed.
    • The Lure of Proliferation has been removed.
    • The Lure’s cooldown will be shown in the buff window.
  • The HP and EXP rates have been increased for monsters Lv. 210 and above that you hunt with Pollo.
  • The EXP rates have been increased for content Lv. 200 and above that you clear with Fritto.
  • The following changes have been made to Inferno Wolf:
    • The MaxHP of Inferno Wolf has been increased.
    • A ‘Fatal’ stage has been added to damage inflicted on Inferno Wolf. The character that inflicted ‘Fatal’ damage receives 1 Super Advanced Hunter Pouch.
    • Players. Lv. 200 and above will receive increased EXP when exiting Inferno Wolf.
    • Only one Super Advanced Hunter Pouch will be given to characters inside Inferno Wolf's Den when Inferno Wolf is defeated.

Mu Lung Dojo Updates

  • The prices of some items sold by NPC Lao in Mu Lung Dojo have been adjusted.
  • NPC Lao in Mu Lung Dojo will no longer sell Scarecrow Summoning Sacks, and will sell Unity Training Center Entrance Charm (9 hours and 24 hours).
  • You can receive the Unity Training Center Entrance Charm again depending on the remaining time when exiting the Unity Training Center.
  • All gloves given from Mu Lung Dojo have been changed into lucky items that can be included in any set. This also applies to gloves that are currently in your possession.
  • The Unity Training Center Entrance Charm will be given out by the time remaining calculated after the exit request is made to So Gong.

Screenshot Options

  • Changes have been made to the screenshot module to reduce lag an improve image quality.
  • You can now find the option to save screenshots under the ‘Screenshot’ tab, and can select either JPG or PNG as the output.
  • Burst Mode has been added, which allows you to take 2-10 consecutive screenshots. This can be turned on/off by clicking the checkbox.
  • Auto Mode has been added, which allows you to take screenshots automatically during the following conditions. This can be turned on/off by clicking the checkbox.
    • Leveling up
    • Performing a job advancement
    • Successfully Star Force enhancing 15
    • Receiving a rare item drop
    • Reaching your best record in the Tower of Oz, Mu Lung Dojo, and Dream Defender
    • Defeating your first boss monster
  • Picture Mode has been added, which means the UI won’t appear, but your character can still move around.
    • You can turn Picture Mode on/off via a hotkey and also press the "Esc" key to end Picture Mode.
    • You can’t use the mouse, talk to NPCs, or use items in Picture Mode.
    • Picture Mode will close automatically if you use a portal, change channel or map, or open UI.

Additional Updates

[Updated August 30]

  • When you enter the Root Abyss boss after defeating the garden imps, the party leader needs to attempt to enter, and then all party members will enter at the same time.
  • The following changes have been made to Boss Lucid:
    • If your death count remains and you don’t revive after dying while playing Boss Lucid (Normal, Hard), you will revive automatically after 30 seconds.
    • You will move to the reward map if Boss Lucid (Normal, Hard) is defeated even though your character is dead.
    • A bug where abnormally high damage was applied in the Crumbling Clocktower phase of Boss Lucid (Hard) has been fixed.
  • The background music of Fantasy Theme World has been changed.
  • The UI of Dream Defender has been changed.
  • The prices of some items in the Legion Coin Shop have been adjusted.
  • Boss Vellum (Normal, Chaos) will now correctly receive damage when incapacitated from incapacitation abnormal statuses.
  • The following changes have been made to Ursus:
    • If you don't press "Yes" within 15 seconds after you are matched to enter Ursus, you have to wait 10 minutes to enter again.
    • Ursus's HP and meso rewards from Rank C and better have been increased.
  • The original background music will now correctly return after playing content that changed background music.
  • Background music will now play correctly in the 24th floor of Tower of Oz.
  • A bug where the client crashed when matched in a party with Zero for Boss matching has been fixed.
  • A bug where Mechanic characters could not get off or mount the robot in Tower of Oz 22nd floor has been fixed.
  • Monsters will appear correctly when entering solo mode for Boss Lotus.
  • Rewards that you cannot obtain will no longer display in the Maple Guide.
  • Arcane Symbols are now searchable in the list of items not to pick up with one of the pet skills.
  • You cannot Star Force enhance while trading with another character.
  • The item drop rate formula has been changed.
    • The item drop effect will only be partially applied to certain items, quest items, and event items.
    • Nodestone drop rate has been increased.
    • Legion's Luck and Wealth Acquisition Potion effects have been increased.
    • Adjusted how the item drop rate increase was only being applied in a certain order but will now be applied at the same time.
  • Monsters in Tower of Oz 2nd-8th floors will not drop mesos.
  • A bug where you can enter Boss Von Leon even though your party member is in a different channel has been fixed.
  • A bug that displayed all cash items when you set the search condition type as ‘Coordination - Special Label Item’ for the Auction House has been fixed.
  • The following changes have been made to harvesting and mining:
    • The herb and vein in Ardentmill Harvesting Farm are created in random locations.
    • There is a chance for a directional key input mini-game to appear when attempting to harvest or mine. Transparency will be applied to the directional key input UI.
  • When consuming Guild Points through Guild Mark changes, etc., a consumption amount will be announced via pop-up message before it's spent.
  • The Event List format has been changed to remove Time Remaining.
  • A bug where more fatigue was being consumed when crafting Peacock Pendants as compared to similar-level gears has been fixed.
  • Monsters from Omega Sector will no longer appear at the 49th floor of Tower of Oz.
  • A bug where some Necromancer weapons would drop during the Evolution system even when the player’s not wearing Necromancer Cores will be fixed.
  • A bug where some skills could be used on Normal Attack-only monsters will be fixed.
  • A bug where you are sent to Spinel's Forest when you enter Cooking with Tangyoon through Maple Guide will be fixed.
  • The exit message for Boss Hilla will now display correctly.
  • A bug where the scroll moved around when clicking the ‘Start Exploration’ button in the monster collection will be fixed.
  • If you equip more than 2 lucky items, only 1 lucky item will be counted.
  • Lucky items will be included when wearing 3 or more items from the set, and the set that the lucky item is applied to will be visible on the Lucky Item’s tooltip.
  • The icons of the following Scrolls have been changed to make their differences clearer:
    • Premium Scroll for Accessory for Weapon ATT/Magic ATT 100%
    • Premium Scroll for Pet for Weapon ATT/Magic ATT 100%
    • Scroll for Accessory for Weapon ATT/Magic ATT 100%
    • Scroll for Pet for Weapon ATT/Magic ATT 100%
  • The directional key input mini-game must be successfully completed in order to use the bait in the Torrent Zone of Chu Chu Island. When the bait does not get used up after 5 minutes of spawning, it will become Cursed Bait. The Cursed Bait effect applies to the entire map, and all EXP and drop rates during hunting are reduced. The curse becomes more powerful as time passes.
  • A bug where the resolution change is not properly applied when MapleStory is minimized has been fixed.
  • A bug where you are sent to Orbis when you entered Ardentmill through Dimensional Mirror has been fixed.
  • A bug where some complete stamps will not work on some of the contents of Maple Guide even after reaching the right level has been fixed.
  • A bug where Lord Balrog's hand will remain if it is defeated in a single attack has been fixed.
  • A bug where the Golden Hammer becomes unusable when moved to a different map during the process has been fixed.
  • A bug where you are sent to the Evolution System after clearing Normal Cygnus has been fixed.
  • A bug where the Final Form color change of Kaiser was not being applied when the Rune of Might was used at the same time has been fixed.
  • A bug where players seated on the Exploration Rocket Chair could not be attacked has been fixed.
  • A bug where the quest would progress when you closed the client and re-logged during the Omega Sector Running map has been fixed.
  • A bug where you were able to move to Colossal Root even without completing the pre-quests of Root Abyss has been fixed

Bug Fixes

  • The Ranger 3rd job skill 'Arrow Blaster' will now properly deal damage to enemies.
  • The description of the 'Cunning Sweet Pig Hat' cash cover item will be corrected.
  • The description of the 'Green Pig Cap' cash cover item will be corrected.
  • The tooltip for the Legion Rank icon will no longer display inconsistent ranks.
  • The background music for the Bonus Stage of an Elite Boss will now end properly when the timer for the Bonus Stage ends.
  • Various Maple Rewards daily quests will now have their completion quest accessible through the Maple Rewards notifier instead of the light bulb notifier.
  • The description of the 'Forest Guardian Ring' item will be updated to mention that the summon effect will override the other set effects.
  • The description of the 'Superior Shielding Ward' item will no longer be cut off.
  • The Dark Knight skill 'Sacrifice' will no longer be overridden by the Haku skill 'Breath of the Unseen' when partying with a Kanna class character.
  • The 'Fafnir Indigo Flash' item will now display with the correct item icon when it appears in the drop list for Chaos Vellum.
  • The Clothing Box located in major towns will be renamed to the Item Incinerator, and you can discard Cash Shop Facial Expressions (Emotes) there.

NEW EVENTS

Dice Master

UTC: August 30 (after maintenance) – September 13 at 11:59 PM

Requirement: Lv. 33 and above

  • Visit the event map and you will have ten chances to roll the Game Dice and advance to the end of the game board.
  • Land on different spaces to receive EXP, Honor EXP, mesos--or get additional dice.
  • You may also lose dice, or have to go back spaces.
  • Land on a special space to have a Dice Battle!
  • Keep playing multiple times to earn additional rewards such as a Dice Master Damage Skin, Dice God medal, and the Dice Master Chair.

Recruiting New Members

UTC: August 30 (after maintenance) – September 5 at 11:59 PM

Requirement: Lv. 33 and above

  • There are 3 clubs recruiting new members: Runology Club, Paranormies Club, and Muscle Museum Club.
  • Pick one and start completing club activities to earn Closeness.
  • You may only participate in one club activity at a time.
  • Earn enough Closeness with each club to unlock helpful club skills.
  • Complete all 3 club activities to receive special Association Activity gifts!

  • Complete daily challenge missions to earn 2x coupons, buffs, and titles.
  • Every day, you can choose one of seven missions, and once they're complete, you can choose one of seven rewards.
  • You can complete up to seven missions per day (increased to 14 on Saturday). You can repeat the same mission repeatedly or claim the same prizes multiple times if you want.
  • There are seven different missions you can choose from:
    • Challenge! Hunt Monsters
    • Challenge! Master of Patience
    • Challenge! Find the Lost Ribbon Pig's House!
    • Challenge! Grow an Orange Mushroom

Absolute Taste

UTC: September 13 at 12:00 AM – October 4 at 11:59 PM

  • Accept the quest from the star event notifier on the left side of the screen, or speak to NPC Gourdon Ritzy in most major towns.
  • Select a dish you'd like to create from the Absolute Taste UI.
  • Gather ingredients for the dish by hunting monsters within your level range, who drop Ingredient Boxes.
  • Use the ingredients to cook different food creations, using the proper amount of each ingredient to give your food the best possible flavor.
  • Each food creation that you make will be judged by Chef Gourdon Ritzy.
  • Get the ingredients just right to earn multiple stars on your dishes, and you will eventually advance to the next tier where the recipes get harder!
  • As you progress, you can increase your Chef Grade and earn coins to spend at Spoon N Pantry's coin shop.
  • Shop for rewards such as equips, medals, and more.
  • There are 11 cooking tiers to challenge you with multiple dishes!

World Leap

UTC: September 20 at 12:00 AM – October 3 at 11:59 PM

Requirement: Lv. 33 and above before the event period begin

  • Have you been dreaming of another world? During the event period, you can instantly move your characters from one world to another!
  • Each character may only be moved once.

World Leap

  • Talk to NPC Mover (located in Henesys, Leafre, Haven, Chu Chu Village, and Sleepywood) to get started!
  • For merged worlds, only the main world is displayed as an option. (Ex: If you wish to move to Broa/Khaini, you can only select Broa). Here are the main worlds that you can move to during the event:
    • Bera
    • Broa - BK
    • Bellocan - MYBCKN
    • Demethos - GRAZED
  • After selecting your desired world, you will be automatically disconnected from the game. Log back in, and you will automatically find yourself in the new world!

Rules & Restrictions

  • While we want to make the World Leap Event enjoyable for everyone, there are certain rules and restrictions. Please read these carefully before deciding to move a character to another world:
    • Characters below Lv. 33, or Zero characters that have not yet completed up to Chapter 2, at the start of the event cannot move to a new world.
    • Characters cannot move to Scania or Windia, but characters from Scania and Windia can move to other worlds.
    • Characters cannot move to or from Reboot and Luna.
    • You will not be able to move a character if you have the max number of characters (40) on the desired world. You will need to delete and make room for one before you move. Characters can be moved even if you do not have an empty character slot in the world you wish to move to.
    • Some quest information may be deleted during the move.
    • If you have items with a Hired Merchant, or stored with Frederick, you must recover the items before being able to transfer.
      Items must be recovered from the Auction House before being able to transfer. If you have any active Auctions, you must end the auction before being able to transfer.
    • Characters that are currently part of your Legion System are not able to transfer.
    • The World Leap request cannot be canceled once it has been made. Please think carefully when making your decision to move to a new world.

List of What Will And Won't Transfer

Character:

  • Your character's look and appearance will be transferred.
    • Face, Hair, and Skin Color
    • Beauty Album
  • General character information will be transferred.
    • Name, Gender, Job
    • Stats, HP/MP, AP/SP, EXP

Skills:

  • Character skills will be transferred.
  • Phantom Skill Swipe information will be transferred.
  • Link Skill information will NOT be transferred.

Cash Items:

  • Cash Items in your character's inventory will be transferred.
  • Cash Items in your Cash Inventory will be transferred for all classes except for the Explorer classes.
  • If you move your only Explorer character to another world, you will not be able to browse your items from the Cash Inventory in the Cash Locker.
  • You will need to create an Explorer character in the old world to browse your items in the Cash Locker.
  • For Explorer classes, only Cash Items in the character's inventory will be transferred.

Items:

  • All items in the character's inventory will be transferred (Equip, Use, Etc, Set-up, Cash, Meso).
  • Inventory Slot Expansions will be transferred.
  • Bags will be transferred.
  • Item Pots will be transferred.
  • Bit-Cases will be transferred.
  • Evolution Cores will be transferred.
  • Androids will be transferred.
  • Monster book information will be transferred.
  • Familiars will be transferred.
  • Items being exchanged will NOT be transferred.
  • Items in the process of being traded through Hired Merchant will NOT be transferred. Be sure to recover all outstanding items before deciding to move your character.
  • Items in your Storage Room will NOT be transferred with the character.
  • Items that have not been received from the gift box icon on the left-side of the screen will NOT be transferred with your character. Be sure to pick-up your items before deciding to move your character.

Quests & Achievements:

  • Quests in Progress will be transferred.
  • Completed Quests will be transferred.
  • Account Shared Quest information will NOT be transferred.
  • Medals earned from NPC Dalair's quests will NOT be transferred.
  • Periodically renewed information such as Mu Lung rankings, Donation King, and Tower of Oz information will NOT be transferred.

Guilds & Alliances:

  • Players belonging to a guild or alliance must leave the guild or alliance before transferring.
  • Guild leaders must transfer ownership of the guild and leave the guild before transferring.

Marriage:

  • Married players can transfer 24 hours after filing the divorce application.
  • Crush Rings and Friendship Rings must be deleted before transferring. Talk to the Mover NPC and select the 'Delete Crush Ring and Friendship Ring' option to delete the items.

  • School is in session at Maple Leaf High! Speak to Mr. Schrodinger to get that back-to-school swing and enter the mini-dungeon.
  • The students need all help the help you're willing to give. Complete daily quests by beating up bullies and teaching teachers a lesson. See how far into the school you can get before time runs out!
  • You can venture into the school for free once per day. More entries require a special key available in the Cash Shop or Maple Rewards Shop. Each pass will be consumed after one use.
  • Earn Model Student Candy to exchange for purchase totems, pocket items, chairs, outfits, medals, and more.

  • If you obtain a Gift Box every day from Monday to Saturday, then on Sunday—in addition to Sunday's reward—you can select another gift!
