[Update September 8] We have re-enabled the gift box icon functionality in the MapleStory North America game servers. Players who should have received reward items during the maintenance will be able to retrieve them after logging out and logging back in.  

[Complete] The maintenance has been completed as of 11:40 AM PDT (2:40 PM EDT / 8:40 PM CEST / 4:40 AM AEST). Cash items in your inventory have been extended to cover the amount of time the game was unavailable. Please log out of the Nexon Launcher and then back in before you play the game.

Please note that, as listed below, we have temporarily disabled the gift box icon functionality in the MapleStory North America game servers while we investigate the recent stability issues.

We will be performing a scheduled minor patch on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 7:00 AM PDT (10:00 AM EDT / 4:00 PM CEST / 12:00 AM AEST). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 4 and a half hours, concluding around 11:30 AM PDT (2:30 PM EDT / 8:30 PM CEST / 4:30 AM AEST).

  • Gifts will be given to players that participated in this run of the PTS. You can claim your PTS participation gifts by clicking the gift box icon on the left side of the screen before 4:59 PM PDT on September 30, 2017. If you have unclaimed reward items in your gift box, you may not be able to see the PTS gift items. Please clear out a few items from the gift box icon and log back in to receive your PTS participation gift.
  • Players who received the untradeable Firestarter Ring and redeemed the coupon code from Marvel Machine will be given a tradeable Firestarter Ring Coupon as a replacement. Please claim your Firestarter Ring Coupon by clicking the gift box icon on the left side of the screen before 4:59 PM PDT on October 1, 2017. If you have unclaimed reward items in your gift box, you may not be able to see the Firestarter Ring Coupon. Please clear out a few items from the gift box icon and log back in to receive your replacement item.
  • Players that received the incorrect Occult Cubes from the Recruiting New Members Event will be given replacement Occult Cubes. Please claim your replacement cubes by clicking the gift box icon on the left side of your screen before 4:59 PM PDT on October 1, 2017. If you have unclaimed reward items in your gift box, you may not be able to see the replacement cubes. Please clear out a few items from the gift box icon and log back in to receive your replacement items.
• The Ice/Lightning Mage skill 'Ice Age' will now properly apply the secondary area affect to the map the skill is used on.
• The dragon monsters that spawn during the Legion Raid will now be around the character's level instead being maxed at Lv. 250.
• The description for the Kanna skill 'Haku Reborn' will now display the correct information.
• Hovering over the Dragon Rider Party Quest icon in the Maple Guide will no longer show untranslated text.
• The NPC 'Nana K' will no longer be stacked on top of other NPCs in various locations.
• The quest 'Amnesiac Temple Keeper Kao' will now function correctly for Hayato, Kanna, Jett, and Beast Tamer characters.
• Cross World Party Quest Party Points for all players will be adjusted to reflect the updated accumulation rate of Party Points. Any points obtained after the v188 update on September 30th will not be adjusted.
• Players that participated in the August 18th Marvel Machine will have their MVP Points updated with the amount that was spent on Marvel Machine Spins and Double Marvels during the event period.
