[Update #3] As of September 9th, we're still aware that players are still experiencing network issues. We have blocked the Reward System and are continuing to investigate. Please bear with us as we continue to identify the issue and resolve it. We will provide updates as we have them.

[Update #2] In an attempt to mitigate issues, we will be blocking the Reward System. Please note that you will no longer be able to accept gift rewards.

[Update #1] We're still investigating the server issues. So far we've been able to rule out certain causes and we've run some tests to try to pinpoint the issue. We will be performing more tests to determine the cause and players may see additional disconnections as result. We apologize in advance. If there are any further updates we will let you all know.
