Since we're still working on improving the Familiar system stability, and we expect that it will take more time, we would like to give players who purchased any of the Familiar Cash Items before the Familiar system was disabled a refund in Maple Points.

If you purchased the following items between April 22 (after the v.213 15th Anniversary: Pixel Party update) and April 25, your purchase(s) will be fully refunded in Maple Points. Please claim them from your Gift Drop by June 8, 12:00 AM UTC.

Note: If you were logged into a character when the refund was sent out, you will need to log out and then back on in order to receive the refund. If you still have unused Familiar cash items in your inventory or cash locker, the items will be removed during our next maintenance.

We're still looking into the Familiar rollback issue, and we will give you more information later regarding the rollbacks, a separate compensation for those rollbacks and our schedule for reactivating the Familiar system.
