During the v216 Update coming in late August, we will be removing any remaining Permanent Owl of Minerva items from players' inventories. This item was originally made unavailable in February of 2018 when the Free Market was closed and currently do not properly function, and we will be removing them in order to avoid any potential confusion as we move forward with new features.
