In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied. Each time there is an update, this post will be bumped up on our news page and the update will clearly be indicated with the date the hotfix was applied. We hope that this will be a useful record and helpful information for our players.

Here you'll find a list of hotfixes that addresses a variety of bugs and issues reported within the v.229 On Air: An Absolute Unit update.

• February 5, 2022
  • Fixed the issue where Reboot world channels 4, 11, 14, and 18 had the previous Gachapon list.
    • If you were affected by this, please submit a ticket to Customer Support.
• January 12, 2022
  • Additional compensation has been distributed to players that were affected by the 12/25 and 12/26 Magical Miracle Time issues who had cubes that had expired between December 25 - January 11 (before maintenance). Please remember to claim the items from your Gift Drop before January 24 at 11:59 PM UTC.

• January 12, 2022
  • As mentioned in our NA Reboot Channel Crash Issues post, we've applied the fix for the issue where NA Reboot channels experienced crashes on January 11 and January 12 PST. Please note that each channel may crash once before the fix is applied.
• January 6, 2022
  • Compensation has been distributed once per account to NA Reboot players that were affected by the additional channel restarts in November and December. Please claim it from your Gift Drop before January 20 at 11:59 PM UTC.

  • Fixed the issue where the '[Commerci Republic] Final Report' quest granted an incorrect weapon to Lara characters. 
• December 4, 2021
  • Due to an issue we've discovered with the Lara Pre-Creation Event Rewards, we temporarily disabled the Lara Pre-Creation Event Reward quest and the New Maple Leaf Money Box until further notice. We plan to enable them once again after the issue has been addressed for the eligible players who have yet to claim the rewards.
• December 1, 2021 
  • The "Night Snowfield" Flag Race and practice courses have been blocked due to the game client disconnection issues. Players will now be sent to "Daylight Snowfield" instead until December 12.
  • Fixed the issue where there are linebreak error and typos on the Acceptance and Completion text for Burning World Step Up Lv. 220 mission dialogue.
  • Fixed the issue where Maple LIVE's Creator Step Up weekly missions did not reset for Princess No and Akechi Mitsuhide.
  • Fixed the issue where Burning World Step Up's Lv. 220 reward, Unique Emblem Box, could not be opened by Kanna characters.
  • Fixed the issue where completing Maple LIVE's Maple Variety: Tangyoon Restaurant applied the 15-minute queue penalty to all players.
  • We distributed Unique Potential Scroll 100% item to the players who were affected with the issue where certain Unique Potential Scroll 100% items granted Epic rank instead of Unique rank that was addressed during our November 23 maintenance. Please claim the item from your Gift Drop prior to December 15 at 11:59 PM UTC.
