[Update 10:15 AM]: Maintenance is complete as of 10:15 AM PDT. Cash Shop items have been extended for the duration we were down. We are aware of an issue with Lab Server button not being show on login. 

Lab Server selection button may not be shown upon first login. You will need to select any NA server and go to character select screen then back up. Lab Server select should appear.

[Update 10:00 AM]: We are doing final checks on Lab Server and some server connections and will be opening shortly.

We will be performing a scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 7:00 AM PDT (10:00 AM EDT / 4:00 PM CEST / 12:00 AM AEST August 9). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 3 hours, concluding around 10:00 AM PDT (1:00 PM EDT / 7:00 PM CEST / 3:00 AM AEST August 9).

• Absolab 12 star weapons obtained from the Tier 4 Reward box in the Maple Relay event will be replaced with the proper weapons.
• An issue during the "Freezing" quest where an NPC would suddenly appear in the middle of the screen while other NPCs kept moving will be fixed.
• Items that had incorrect stats from the Star Force perk in the July 29 Sunny Sunday event, including gloves getting extra stats or missing stats, will be corrected.
