Greetings Maplers,

We recently discovered an issue in which our most recent update of the Royal Hair Coupon accidentally included the Low Cut Bob Hair, which is a VIP hair style. It was not our intention to include Regular or VIP hair styles in the Royal Style Coupon update, and in our next scheduled maintenance we will remove the VIP hair style and add a replacement hair style to the Royal Hair Coupon.

We will also offer compensation for those players who purchased and used Royal Hair Coupons during the time the VIP style was available (between the April 24 game update and the next scheduled maintenance) and received the Low Cut Bob Hair. For each time players received this style, we will provide an additional Royal Hair Coupon. This compensation will be distributed during a later maintenance.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and will work to avoid these type of issues going forward.
