Summer is here and the Summer Surprise Style Box is back with some of the most sought-after styles for the hot summer months! Each Summer Surprise Style Box holds a permanent random decorative item!

There are 100 different permanent items available from the Summer Surprise Style Box. In non-Reboot worlds, you can trade these style box items with other players through the Cash Item Trade window, if you haven't equipped them. Right-click on a character to see the menu.

You can also exchange them with Ari, located near the Free Market entrance, and receive an Avatar Box Stamp. You can receive one stamp per item. This stamp is permanent and untradeable. When you collect enough stamps, you can talk to Shiro, also located near the Free Market entrance, to exchange the stamps for a permanent equip item of your choice!

Pick up a package containing an Action Demon Egg, Devil Bat (an equip for your Action Demon to wear), yummy pet food to eat, a Pet Name Tag, and some useful pet skills and scrolls. You can also grab a package containing three Action Demon Eggs for triple the fun!

Double-click the Action Demon Egg, and answer questions to receive a specialized Action Demon pet based on your responses! Your Demon can have one of three unique attributes which influences its personality. Demon pets give you buffs to various stats, and the buffs become more powerful as the pet levels up. Summon a Demon pet to obtain the Demon Pet Boost skill, which will increase your Weapon Attack and Magic Attack.

Demon pets can also transform and evolve!  Your Demon can transform when you receive EXP from hunting or by entering the command “transform” into the chat bar (type “return” to change back).  When your pet reaches Lv. 30, use an Accelerator which drops from the bonus stage that appears after beating an Elite Boss to help your pet evolve into a Devil! Devil pets give you even stronger buffs. The Lv. 30 Demon pet buff doesn’t stack with itself. Note that Demon and Devil pets don’t respond to pet commands or chat.

If you're going for the premium look, the Premium Surprise Style Box has the most sought-after styles in all of Maple World! Each Premium Surprise Style Box holds a permanent random decorative item! These items are regularly found in the Random Rewards > Surprise Box category in the Cash Shop.

We have reduced the total number of permanent items available from the Premium Surprise Style Box from 100 items to 50. In non-Reboot worlds, you can trade these style box items with other players through the Cash Item Trade window, if you haven't equipped them. Right-click on a character to see the menu (note that some items do not appear in certain situations, such as when looking at the character info window).

You can also exchange them with Ari, located near the Free Market entrance, and receive an Avatar Box Stamp. You can receive one stamp per item. This stamp is permanent and untradeable. When you collect enough stamps, you can talk to Shiro, also located near the Free Market entrance, to exchange the stamps for a permanent equip item of your choice!
