After our recent Bonus Stat Generation Issue Compensation post, we recognized that the compensation plan that was announced on February 25 is not enough to express our apology and decided to spend some time taking a second look over it.
While we looked into the compensation and the item usage data deeper, we discovered that Inner Ability data was only being stored for 2 years so the compensation criteria for the Inner Ability has been adjusted to the items used between March 12, 2019 at 12:00 AM UTC - February 26, 2021 at 3:00 AM UTC.
Also, while we are keeping all the Miracle Circulator usage data according to our policy, the log that includes how players obtained the Miracle Circulator before the World Merge we had in August 2019 and the same data for Burning World have been removed because we only temporarily store that kind of special data, so the Miracle Circulator used before the World Merge and those used on Burning World will be compensated with Mu Gong Medal Points, regardless how it was obtained. We hope you understand.

Bonus Stat Issue Compensation Details
- Players who used Rebirth Flames during February 1, 2019 at 12:00 AM UTC ~ February 26, 2021 at 3:00 AM UTC will receive Rebirth Flame Points according to the table below.
- Players can receive points based on the usage of the below items in the respective worlds: Non-Reboot and Reboot.
- Non-Reboot Worlds: Claim points based on usage of items in Non-Reboot worlds and Burning World. Points will be calculated based on the items used in Non-Reboot worlds per account so you can claim the points in the Non-Reboot world of your choice.
- Reboot World: Claim points based on usage of items in Reboot world.

- Additionally, since STR appeared more frequently than other stats due to this issue, it was possible that it had a greater impact on non-STR-based Jobs. Due to this reason, if the Rebirth Flames were used on items that could only be equipped by specific Jobs that do not use STR as their main stat, players will receive bonus points, depending on Jobs that use this equipment:

- Pirate-only equipment with STR instead of DEX will also gain the +3% bonus.
- Equipment that can be equipped by all classes, as well as Warrior/Xenon equipment, will be compensated at 100%, without bonus.
- The distributed Rebirth Flame Points can be used to trade for the desired items during March 18, 2021 (after maintenance) ~June 23, 2021 at 11:59 PM UTC. Please refer to the table below for the items you can get with your points.
- You can trade for the desired items by talking to the Maple Administrator located in the Event Hall, selecting “Talk to Maple Admin”, and then “Trade for the Rebirth Flames/Honor Points”.
- You can go to the Event Hall through Dimensional Mirror either by entering the Dimensional Mirror portal in town or by clicking the “Quick Move” button below the Mini Map.
- If you choose to “Claim all points in this world”, all A points, B points, Honor EXP points, Mu Gong's Guaranteed Medal of Honor points and Manji coins (Reboot World only) will be received in the world you selected.
- If you have received any points in the world you selected, regardless of the type of points, you have to claim the total points in that world. Once you select the world, you will not be able to change it.

Additional Compensation
- All players who login between March 18, 2021 After Maintenance - April 28, 2021 at 23:59 PM UTC will be able to claim this set of items once per account.
- Speak to the Maple Administrator located in the Event Hall and select the "Our Sincere Apologies to All Our Heroes".
- All players need to choose a world in which to claim the items. Once you select the world, you will not be able to change it, and you can claim the items once per account using the characters of your choice within that world.
- Banned accounts will not receive compensation.
- Compensation can be claimed between March 18, 2021 (after maintenance) ~ April 28, 2021 at 11:59 PM UTC:
- Arcane Umbra Weapon Box: Contains an Arcane Umbra weapon for the current character's Job with 15-Star Force and Legendary Potentials. Cannot be traded, enhanced, have its Potential reset, or have the Transfer Hammer used on it. Box has a 7-day duration and is tradeable within your characters in the same world, resulting item is Permanent and is untradeable.
- Dominator Pendant Box: Contains a Dominator Pendant with 15-Star Force and Unique Potentials. Cannot be traded, enhanced, have its Potential reset, or have the Transfer Hammer used on it. Box has a 7-day duration and is tradeable within your characters in the same world, resulting item is Permanent and is untradeable.
- Chu Chu Island Set Coupon (x2): Contains a set of Chu Chu Island items. Box has a 7-day duration and is tradeable within your characters in the same world, resulting items are Permanent and are untradeable, and can be transferred to the Cash Inventory. Individual items award the following bonus stats for 180 days:
- Sweet Headband (Hat): STR/DEX/INT/LUK +30
- Chu Chu Cafe Girl (F) / Chu Chu Cafe Boy (M) (Outfit): Defense +300 (When the Chu Chu Island Set Coupon is used, only 1 Outfit item will be obtained, depending on the gender of your character)

- 200 - 219 Growth Potion (x3): Grants +1 Level when used between Lv. 200 - 219. 90-day duration, tradeable within your characters in the same world.
- 200 - 209 Growth Potion (x3): Grants +1 Level when used between Lv. 200 - 209. 90-day duration, tradeable within your characters in the same world.
- Arcane Symbol Selector Coupon (x1,000): 90-day duration, tradeable within your characters in the same world.
- Sherbet (90 Day) Coupon: Rewards a Sherbet pet that can obtain items from a very large range. Duration cannot be extended, pet equipment cannot be equipped. Can be summoned as Multi Pet with other pets. Pet skill items and Pet naming cannot be used on this pet. 90-day duration (cannot be revived), tradeable within your characters in the same world through the Cash Locker. Pet set effects cannot be applied. Skills: Auto buff, Pick up Meso/Item, Auto Pick up, Auto charge for HP/MP potions.
- Content Entry Box: Contains Monster Park Entry Tickets (x30) and Maple Tour Entry Tickets (x30). Tickets have a 7-day duration when received. Box has a 90-day duration and is tradeable within your characters in the same world.
- Mitra's 3x EXP Coupon Box: Can be used once a week to receive 3x EXP (15 min) Coupons (x20) with a 7-day duration. Box recharges every Monday UTC, and can be used a total of 5 times. Box has a 56-day duration and is tradeable within your characters in the same world.
