We are aware of the channel crashes that have been occurring in North America (NA) Reboot World on January 11 and January 12 PST. Our teams are currently investigating these crash issues to address them as soon as we can. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and will provide an update on top of this post when there are additional details to share.
