In order to better prevent abusive players from using unauthorized programs to automate gameplay or simulate keyboard inputs, we have added additional detection rules and sanctions to better protect normal play in MapleStory from being affected. Going forward, players detected using these programs will be subject to sanctions including being kicked from MapleStory, account suspensions, or, in response to repeated violations, permanent bans.

If you are detected using one of these programs and you believe it is in error, please attempt to disable unneeded programs, and restart your computer if you have issues. If problems persist, you may contact our Customer Support team to help determine what issues you may be encountering.
