[Update Jun 9] The noted items have had their functionality changed with the v.223 Neo Update: They are now tradeable within the same account, and can be exchanged for Style Box Stamps. They are still not tradeable with other accounts, however, even on non-Reboot worlds.

With the v.222 update, various probability-based items that are purchased or opened/used in the Netherlands will operate differently, in order to comply with local regulations. Items that are received from the list of Cash Shop items, if purchased or opened/used while in the Netherlands, will become untradeable with other accounts, even on non-Reboot worlds, but can be traded within the account and can be exchangeable for Style Box Stamps.
