All Hotel Maple shops will reopen after the June 17 maintenance, and will now run until June 20 at 11:59 PM UTC. We had an issue where players received an error message when attempting to purchase from any of the Hotel Maple shops on June 13 UTC and we were aware that some players had yet to spend their Sweet 16 Coins and VIP Coupons. After the maintenance, you can access the Hotel Maple shops via the "[Hotel Maple] Travel to <Hotel Maple>!" quest within the star event notifier on the left side of the screen. 

We will also be distributing the VIP Tickets that players had before they expired on June 14 at 11:59 PM UTC. You can claim the VIP Tickets from the Gift Drop after the June 17 maintenance. The newly distributed VIP Tickets will now expire June 21 at 11:59 PM UTC.

Please use all your remaining Sweet 16 Coins and VIP Coupons while the Hotel Maple shops are available once again until June 20 at 11:59 PM UTC! Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to this issue.
